Those of us here at Stoneboro love our church community, and we think you could grow to love it as well. Whether you call Stoneboro home, or you are a visitor, we believe that our Sunday morning worship gatherings are a special time for you to connect with our loving and gracious God. We want you to feel at home in this house of worship. May the people you meet and the grace you receive allow you to enjoy your time at Stoneboro.
Worship
Our worship time is at 11:00AM on Sundays (10:00 AM - June, July, August), and we'd love to see you there! We typically do some singing, praying, and Bible reading. The pastor makes the coffee and does the preaching. Sometimes the coffee is better than the sermon. Most of the time they're both soul satisfying.
We offer a nursery for pre-school age (and younger) children. Don't want your child going to the nursery? That's OK. We don't take ourselves so seriously as to be offended by a crying baby in the sanctuary.
Children and Adult Education Opportunities
Before worship at 9:45 AM (September through May) we offer children and adult education opportunities. Children spend time learning Bible stories, singing songs, or doing an art activity. Adults gather around donuts and coffee to talk about the Bible, questions of faith, or current events both local and global.
We'd love to hear from you too, so if you have any thoughts, comments or prayer requests, email them to stoneboropres@windstream.net. Enjoy your time here on our site, and we look forward to meeting you soon!
